| Class Description |
This course will help supervisors identify crisis situations in the workplace that could have a negative affect on the team or unit. Students will learn how to unravel crucial situations in a diplomatic manner. Students will understand their role in making ethical and just decisions in situations that could warrant discipline, counseling, or outsourced intervention. |
