| Class Description |
This course is designed to assist participants in building more effective relationships in the workplace. Topics to be covered include working together to reach common organizational goals, examining the skills for team work in difficult situations, and team and workgroup communications skills. Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to utilize team development strategies as well as a variety of communication styles, translate common organization goals into team activities, and use team leader and membership skills to build cooperation. |
