Class Description

This course provides an overview of the administrative disciplinary process that all law enforcement agencies must follow under Maryland’s Law Enforcement Officer’s Bill of Rights (LOEBR). In this course, participants will learn the principles of due process, just cause and ethics, the statutory mandates of the LEOBR and the practical aspects to conducting internal disciplinary investigations.
