Women Leaders in Public Safety Series - Learn how to effectively communicate up and down the chain of command. You will show supervisors how to get the most out of their subordinates to accomplish their requests. These tasks will be achieved by teaching workers different communication and learning styles, effectively communicating through these styles, and using documentation to increase performance. |
