Women Leaders in Public Safety Series - The feminine influence in supervision and management can be substantial, provided that some considerations are given by the individual. This course of instruction follows a workplace setting beset by problems and gives alternative responses that are available to the woman managers. It explores the how and why of both Coaching and Counseling and illustrates the great benefits that flow from these responses. This course fits nicely with the concerns and practices of progressive disciple, motivation, goal setting and enhances the ability of dealing with problematic employees. |
