Workday Refresher Training for Supervisors

Please read all information carefully.

Since the Workday training has been conducted, the role of the Supervisor for Divisions within the Department has changed. If you previously attended Workday training as a supervisor of individuals who have access to computers, you were instructed that the employee enters their time, the supervisor approves the time, and everything would pass through a timekeeper. That information is no longer correct for Divisions where employees enter their time directly. This training is an update to the processes and will include representatives from Human Resources to answer any questions supervisors may have about their role as timekeepers.

This training does not apply to supervisors in Division of Correction institutions as they continue to have timekeepers.

The Sandbox is a temporary site where employees can “play” in a virtual environment that mimics the actual Workday environment.

ALL STUDENTS must have their Employee W-number and Workday/Sandbox password for this training or they will be turned away at the door.

Students arriving more than 10 minutes late to the facility will NOT be admitted.
