This course is designed to enable supervisors and aspiring supervisors to learn how to assist subordinates in improving performance and achieving their potential. The participants will examine a variety of motivational models that will assist employees during the coaching processes and in managing performance factors. Topics include identifying needs, successful coaching behavior coaching techniques and more.
