Often times we find ourselves in situations beyond our control and are confronted with that necessary evil, STRESS. This course will give participants a new perspective on stress and how we allow it to affect our lives. Students will discover the negative and positive impact stress can have on our lives, as well as the power we have to control it. We will explore multiple stress reliever strategies in hopes of leading happy, healthier lives.
