General Description

This course is designed to help agents review, identify and navigate the functions of OCMS. Supervisors will receive new functions added to OCMS and practice each function.

AUDIENCE: Field Supervisors I & II

Due to the computer lab set-up, all attendees of OCMS training need to have VPN access. Students without a VPN can request one through their supervisor.
