This very intensive seminar builds on the foundation provided by The Leadership School and Managing the Marginal Employee series, providing an enhanced level of managerial skills deemed essential to the modern criminal justice professional occupying a leadership role. Included: Dealing with Workplace Politics (Conflict Resolution & Case Studies), Advanced Communications (Communications Arts & the Art and Science of Negotiations), and Critical Thought, Advanced Problem Solving and Decision Making (Tactical Simulations). |
