This course is designed to enable the student to learn about the challenges that are faced by women working in a male dominated environment. Topics to be covered include: masculinity and efficient management; dealing with resentful co-workers and supervisors; achieving gender equity and not losing oneself; being recognized for achievement/knowledge and being promoted on merit, not gender.

Class Description
