DPP- OCMS Training (1/2 Day)

 
General Description
Student will learn to review, identify and navigate the functions of OCMS. Agents will receive new functions added to OCMS and practice each function.

Due to the computer lab set-up, all attendees of OCMS training need to have VPN access. Students without a VPN can request one through their supervisor.
