DPP- Bridging the Generational Gap

| General Description |
Participants will discover the various generation offender supervision strategies for use in the workplace. Through interactive class activities, staff will gain knowledge on the various approaches available when interacting with each generation. This will include some history of generations, coaching and positive relationships with persons of a different generation. This information is also a valuable tool when working with fellow staff. |
