This course is intended for police and civilian CCTV operators and is designed to introduce the proactive use of CCTV to help identify suspicious behavior, to understand CCTV tradecraft and situational awareness, to develop intelligence, and to effectively use CCTV as a preventive measure as well as an investigative tool.
