| General Description |
This course is designed to enable the student to build on the principles described in discipline investigations and provide instruction on how to implement the results found at the completion of an internal discipline investigation. Topics to be covered include: drafting administrative charging documents, preparing for contested hearings, and imposing punitive discipline. |
