This course is designed to enable the student to learn about the challenges that are faced by women working in a male dominated environment. Topics to be covered include: masculinity and efficient management; dealing with resentful co-workers and supervisors; achieving gender equity and not losing oneself; being recognized for achievement/knowledge and being promoted on merit, not gender.

Students were automatically transferred from the April date to the March date, and informed that if they are unable to attend the March date to please let their training coordinator know as soon as possible so to be removed from the March roster.
