This course is designed to provide supervisors and aspiring supervisors with the knowledge of equal protection for all people as it is spelled out in the 14th Amendment. It will help them to manage others while being mindful of differences and what actions should be taken to ensure that there is no perception of unfairness due to the differences. Topics include: identifying protected classes; the 14th Amendment; fair vs. unfair treatment; perception vs. reality and case law.
