Successful participants of Phase 1 have now had sufficient time to develop and practice their interview skills as well as complete action plans. Participants will bring their action plans to address concerns and will participate in role plays, mock-interviews containing interview panel, and class discussions.

Audience: Open only to staff that has completed Phase I
