Focusing on the saying "A team is only as strong as its weakest player," the goal of this class is to inform participants of the benefits of building an effective team. This course will define what teamwork is and help employees cultivate the skills to work as team members. Participants will observe and demonstrate their ability to work as a team player and ultimately create goals to enhance these skills in a professional setting.
