LDI- Practical Management in Public Safety

The Police and Correctional Training Commissions’ (PCTC) Leadership Development Institute is sponsoring a “Practical Management in Public Safety” program. This program has been carefully designed by PCTC staff to assist those preparing to assume positions of supervisor or management within your agency. Participants must be present both days to successfully complete the program. Topics such as Leadership, Ethics, Problem Solving and Human Resources will be presented by experts in the field. The sessions will allow for information sharing, group discussions and a question and answer period.

 All enrollees for Practical Management in Public Safety must be within the ranks of (or equivalent to) Sergeant through Captain.
