Police Patrol Allocation and Workload Analysis Seminar is
training that imparts skills and insights into the art and science of
patrol workload analysis and resource allocation including: grouping
and analyzing data, determining an optimum strategy for delivery of
patrol services, computation of optimum levels of allocation,
providing demand driven allocation, equalizing the workload/unit,
designing the jurisdiction’s patrol beats, computing the relief factor,
and community policing concerns. This program is presented by a
veteran command member who has conducted workload studies and
deployed in excess of 1,100 uniformed police officers. A CALCULATOR IS NEEDED FOR THIS PROGRAM.
