Health Ed- Time Mngmnt: Getting Most Out of Your Day
General Description
9:00am - 4:00pm
Today’s society is full of distractions and deterrents that make it difficult to simply find the time. Participants in this class will review the importance of time management in both their work and personal lives. Students will have the opportunity to evaluate the efficiency of their work environment and learn how to make it conducive to their tasks and duties. Participants will also be introduced to tools to improve their time management skills, organization abilities, and overall productivity.
9:00am - 4:00pm
This course will help participants learn to more effectively manage their time, as well as recognize time wasters and interruptions. Every day we start with 1440 minutes, but certain days always seem a little shorter than others. In order to capitalize on those short 24 hours we must understand and identify our personality traits, the characteristics of others and the effects of our surroundings that make the day less productive.
