This course assists managers and supervisors in developing an improved understanding of, and sensitivity to, the differing cultures and sensibilities of people with backgrounds different from their own. Topics include: What is Culture?, Values & Assumptions, Cross-Cultural Communication, Ways We Differ and Common Ground.

Class Description
This course provides an overview of the administrative disciplinary process that must precede an agency imposing punitive measures on its employee. Topics include: constitutional due process; just cause; establishing enforceable policies and techniques used in conducting internal investigations.
