People in every workplace talk about team building, working as a team, and my team, but few understand how to create the experience of teambuilding or how to develop an effective team. We are all team players. The success or failure of your team/unit begins with you. If your team was picked like they are in elementary school, would you be the last man standing? This course will give participants an opportunity to look introspectively at what your strengths and weaknesses are as a team player. Some suggestions for improvement will also be explored.
