This course provides Supervisors and Managers, of all levels, with insight and skills required to deal with challenging individuals and alleviate conflict more effectively. Relationship dynamics, dealing with change, preventing and dealing with problems, managing anger, and examining why people don’t do what they are suppose to do, will be explored.
