Recent studies show that nearly half the population is cynical, less than 10 percent of citizens think members of Congress are honest, and two thirds of the work-force say they have little trust in top management. This is pretty tough feedback since over 15 years of research has shown that credibility is the foundation of leadership. This course surveys the vast management landscape and then focuses in on the most critical issues that managers and leaders face daily. The plain fact is that management is a lot about influence. This course is an excellent primer for those who wish to aspire into that higher level of efficient worker, known as management. It will force you to look inward and determine what you need to do to advance forward and upward. |
