To gain information we ask questions. This course illustrates the manner in which we ask those questions, the setting in which they are asked and alternative ways of determining if responses are accurate, truthful and valid. The two day course will explina how to determine what we want and offer suggestions on a manner of eliciting that data. Settings include managerial and supervisory situations and interrogation procedures for direct questioning of individuals. This course has been designed for a select target audience and is not recommended for casual, part-time or general supervisory personnel.
