| Class Description |
9:00am - 4:00pm As a woman you have a wealth of natural attributes and values-led principles at your disposal, not least of which are integrity, creativity, inclusivity, and the ability to multi-task and to nurture those around you. You also face many barriers not usually applicable to men. You may have low self-confidence in a traditionally male-dominated profession where the language is about survival of the fittest and focus is on competition and confrontation. You often have additional life constraints such as looking after children and other family members, and therefore may need flexibility of hours. In this course you will identify your leadership/management skills, build on your strengths, and learn how to effectively put them to work for you. |
