9:00am - 4:00pm This course enables the supervisor/manager to bering out the best performance attainable from co-workers and assistants alike. By accentuating positive qualities in others and using constructive techniques learned in the classroom, the student will develop greater achievements in work output and overall production from staff members. The course contains a set of behaviors and skills that managers can and should use directly with their employees. The result is a more congenial staff, better attuned to workplace harmony, while enhancing the ability of dealing with problematic employees. |
