General Description

This course is designed to enable the student to develop personal leadership skills and enhance their ability to develop effective, productive workplace relationships that they can apply in their position as manager or supervisor. Topics to be covered include: defining emotional intelligence (EQ), personal competence, and social competence; self-awareness; and techniques to more effectively manage one’s self and their working relationships.
