DESCRIPTION:
Aim higher with evidence-based strategies & coaching for practical, expert-level training!

Most training programs focus solely on content delivery—providing information for participants to study, retain, and (hopefully) apply. This hybrid course takes a transformative approach, blending self-paced online modules with dynamic, in-person workshops designed to emphasize the practical application of material tailored to your specific area of law enforcement training.

Participants will complete up to 10 hours of thoughtfully designed pre-course materials to lay a solid foundation for the immersive, three-day workshop. This preparation ensures that you arrive ready to fully engage in the workshop’s interactive sessions, which focus on active participation and hands-on skill-building. By the end of the course, you’ll walk away equipped with practical tools and strategies that can be implemented in your agency immediately.

But the learning doesn’t stop there. To help you sustain your growth and achieve lasting results, this course includes post-course materials and booster sessions. These resources are designed to keep you on track, introduce advanced techniques, and provide access to additional tools for refining and enhancing your training programs. With this ongoing support, you’ll have everything you need to accelerate your professional development and deliver meaningful, lasting value to your agency or organization.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE
- Pre-Course Reading & Online Activities (10 Hours): Participants will complete foundational readings, quizzes, and discussion prompts through an online learning platform to establish core concepts before the in-person session.
- 3-Day In-Person Workshop (24 Hours): A highly interactive, expert-facilitated experience with hands-on exercises, group discussions, and practical applications to enhance understanding and skills.
- Post-Course Online Booster (6 Hours): Follow-up learning includes expert-facilitated lectures, quizzes, reflection activities, discussion forums, and post-testing, all designed to reinforce and apply key course concepts.
