This course for managers and supervisors is designed to provide fundamental legal and policy information regarding Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and reasonable accommodations, as well as to define their roles and responsibilities in the areas. Topics to be covered include: federal and State of Maryland laws and policies regarding EEO and ADA; defining discrimination, harassment, disability, protected cases, and reasonable accommodation; and the roles and responsibilities of managers and supervisors relating to EEO and ADA.
