General Description

This course is designed to assist managers in developing the knowledge and skills to use the DiSC personality profile instrument to promote individual growth and group effectiveness. Topics to be covered include personality, personality assessment, the DiSC instrument, personal profile, DiSC patterns, using DiSC to promote individual development, and using DiSC to promote group effectiveness.
