| General Description |
Stop the Bleed ® training is a certification course to learn how to recognize life threatening bleeding, and three techniques to control the bleeding. It includes a lecture portion on recognizing what is life threatening bleeding, steps on how to control bleeding and what to do when in an emergency situation when bleeding occurs. Followed by a hands on demonstration and return demonstration to practice the steps of bleeding control. After participants demonstrate the steps of bleeding control they will receive their Stop the Bleed® certification. |
