| General Description |
This course is designed to enable the student to learn about the nature of conflict and to develop negotiation skills needed to resolve disputes when the desires of two individuals or groups appear incompatible. Topics to be covered include the nature of conflict and its sources, problem solving techniques in conflict situations, negotiation styles and skills for situational applications and conflict resolution. |
