This course will be presented by Sgt. Mike Conner, Maryland State Police, who is one of the top experts in the area of highway criminal interdiction. The course will provide information on: roadside interviews, identification of suspect vehicles, hidden compartments, identification of passengers, legal aspects of criminal interdiction and officer safety. |
