General Description

This continuing education course is designed to provide instruction on Emotional Intelligence (EI) and its effects on employee engagement, motivation, and retention of top talent. Topics include Emotional Intelligence theories, assessing and learning individual EI style, as well as the styles of others, and self-reflection to identify their own areas of strength and opportunities.
