| General Description |
This course is designed to enable the student, who is a manager or supervisor, to learn how to foster an environment that encourages creative problem solving and improvement and creating a healthy workplace where employees can constantly work to improve the way things are done. Topics to be covered include incorporating critical thinking elements throughout the workday, fostering questions and open discussion, creating diversity in work groups and discussions, and creating time to evaluate situations in order to make better decisions. |
