| General Description |
This course is designed to enable the student to learn practical adaptive strategies for informing and influencing others that they can apply in their position as manager or supervisor. Topics to be covered include: communication styles, adapting personal communication style to a situation, techniques to influence others, and using communication to enhance morale and productivity. |
