Webinar - Bridging the Generational Gaps

General Description
This course identifies and describes the 5 common generations; Traditionalists, Baby Boomer, Generation X, Generation Y, and Generation Z. The differences between the generations are also identified and discussed, including general characteristics, core values, and beliefs. During the course, it is discussed how communication has evolved over generations and the challenges and barriers that this evolution has created are identified which have led to miscommunication between generations. The course also discusses the generational differences of the clients we supervise, and how these differences impact the client directly as well as how an agent/monitor/supervisor assists the client through the supervision process.
