General Description

This course is for Parole & Probation Field Supervisor I only. Rank and "Date of Promotion" are required when requesting enrollment into this program.

The Parole & Probation Field Supervisor I Training is a 56-hour course of instruction for Parole & Probation Field 1 Supervisors. The curriculum incorporates transitioning from Agent to Supervisor, leadership roles in Parole & Probation, LSI-R review, DPSCS performance evaluations, DPSCS human resources, professional report writing, and identifying the behaviors that are expected and prohibited according to the DPSCS Standards of Conduct. The First Line Supervisor curriculum is incorporated into this course, allowing it to satisfy the First Line Supervisor training requirements.
