Basic & Advanced Ground Survival

This four hour block is the first ina series of two classes. The basic Ground survival class covers topics in basic striking and escapes on the ground. This class is mandatory for those wishing to take the advanced class which will be offered later in the year (Date TBD).

*Students should not have any physical or other limitations that will affedt their abilities to participate and complete any of the skills taught.

*Students should bring with them the following protective gear:
-Mouth guard
-Wrist wraps
-Half-finger (MMA type) gloves
-Groin protection
-Shin protection pads (recommended)
-Duty belts
-Sweats and/or gym gear
-Cross trainer type shoes
