This course is designed to allow the participants, who are law enforcement and public safety professionals, to learn about and become more aware of the complexities involved in conversations surrounding race and culture. Topics to be covered include culture and cultural script, data and trends in America, race in America, terminology, privilege, anti-racism, and courageous conversations. |
