This course is designed to enable the student, who is a supervisor or aspiring supervisor, to stay abreast of new state and federal laws that may impact his/her workforce, the functionality of the agency, and the way he/she supervises. Topics to be covered include new laws and their impacts on the workforce, the functionality of the agency, and the supervisors.
