TRUE Leadership- Valuable Lessons for Aspiring Leaders

There is more to becoming an effective leader than just getting a promotion. To be successful, those aspiring to be effective leaders must develop skills, gain experiences, and develop a leadership mindset. But how does one do that?

This two-day introductory leadership workshop will provide an overview of key leadership principles, essential skills and competencies necessary for effective leadership, as well as a recommended framework for further leadership development.
