This course is designed to provide Emotional Intelligence (EI) and its effect on employee engagement, motivation, productivity and retention of top talent. Topics include Emotional Intelligence theories, and assessing and learning individual style as well as the styles of others, and self-reflection to identify their own areas of strength and opportunities.
