General Description

This course is designed to enable the student to learn how to assist subordinates in improving performance and achieving one’s potential. Participants will examine a variety of motivational models that will assist employees during the coaching process and in managing performance factors. Topics include identifying needs; successful coaching behavior; motivational models; coaching techniques; instruction cycle; and planning, coaching and training sessions.
