This course assists managers and supervisors in developing an improved understanding of, and sensitivity to, the differing cultures and sensibilities of people with backgrounds different from their own. Topics include: What is Culture, Values & Assumptions, Cross-Cultural Communication, Ways We Differ and Common Ground. |
