LDI- Stress Management: The Attitude Day Spa

 
General Description
In this course, you will learn how to identify and understand your best emotional response to stress, how to better communicate under stress, make better decisions, and reduce burn-out in even the most challenging positions.

Students should dress comfortably as there may be some light stretching exercises. MPCTC encourages students to wear flexible clothes while still following the dress code of the Public Safety Education & Training Center. The dress code is business casual; jeans, tee shirts and sneakers are not acceptable.
