Topics to be covered include allopathic, holistic, and integrative perspectives of health; Shamanic and Native American healing practices; holistic lifestyle practices, relationship of stress to illness and disease; health benefits of relaxation; mind-body therapies; traditional Chinese medicine; Ayurvedic medicine; energy therapies; homeopathy, hands on therapies; movement therapies; biological therapies; risks and benefits of over-the-counter and prescription medicine, environmental toxins; and naturopathy.
